Trailhead Lodge

Completed in 2007 Trailhead is located in Wildhorse Meadows and part of a 42 acre master-planned community. Amenities include the best pool in Steamboat, gym, hot tubs, underground parking, shuttle, BBQ area - however the most beneficial of all is the Wildhorse Gondola located steps from the front door.

Units have higher end finishes and offer lodging options from studio to 3 bedroom condos. All units are fully furnished and include an in-unit washer and dryer, wireless access, Aveda bath products, bath robes etc

WIldhorse development around Trailhead lodge has started to fill in, with Deer Park office building (including restaurant) and Homestead at Wildhorse currently under construction, both located right next to Trailhead Lodge. Trailhead does have a rocky past including 2 auctions since 2007, however all original units have been sold with only resale units available.  Its location and activity surrounding the Lodge make this an attractive option for vacation and second home buyers.
