1700 is a limited collection of 23 luxury residences just a short walk from Steamboat Ski Resort located at 1700 Ski Time Square.
Nine residences will be first released in the Ski Time Square building ranging from three to six-bedroom units. Additional units will be available later in the Burgess Creek building. Unit square footage ranges from 2,340 to 3,945.
